
Dr. Fran Longstaff is the Chief Innovation Officer at More Than Equal, where she leads research and innovation initiatives aimed at supporting the identification and development of the first female Formula 1 world champion. In her role, she oversees programmes that apply sport science, psychology, and data-driven approaches to better understand the factors that underpin elite motorsport performance, and to develop innovations and products - including FutureLap, More Than Equal's proprietary talent intelligence platform - that accelerate the progression of female drivers through the racing pathway.
With over 20 years of experience across academia and the commercial sector, she is a distinguished researcher and registered Sport Psychologist. Her expertise spans elite athlete mental health, performance psychology, and behavioural change, with a particular focus on translating research into practical products and innovations that enhance athlete development and performance.
